Tracey
Tracey is a Las Vegas native and has been in the dental field since 1998. She has been working alongside Dr. Mersha since 2001. She is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of dental insurance and financial needs. Tracey has attended countless courses in order to better serve every patient’s needs. The most rewarding part of her job is helping people understand their benefits and providing options that help make dentistry affordable for everyone. In her free time, Tracey spends her time with her husband, three kids and their dog, Rookie. She enjoys going to her children’s sporting events and traveling.
Steph
Stephanie has been at the side of Dr. Mersha since Discovery Dental has opened. Steph loves all aspects about dentistry but especially loves assisting in surgical procedures. Stephanie can give you every bit of information you need to know all while keeping the mood light and comical. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with patients. She finds joy in making someone feel happy, comfortable and beautiful. On the weekends, she relaxes with her four kids and husband, loves to snowboard in the winter, be on the lake in the summer and attend concerts whenever she can.
Jeanie
Jeanie graduated first in her CSN Dental Assisting program in 2010. She has worked in many specialty fields and is very knowledgeable is all aspects of dentistry. She loves making people feel more confidence in themselves. Her favorite part of her job is working with her hands. One thing that she always wants people to understand about dentistry is that trust and being comfortable are key. Jeannie loves hanging out with her kids, getting a good nap in when she can and going to concerts.
Lauren
Lauren has been in the dental field since 2008. She knew that she wanted to be a hygienist when her older sister started taking her to work with her as a young girl. She loves getting to know her patients and helping them realize the dental office doesn’t have to be a scary place. When she’s not dazzling our patients, she is spending time loving on her husband and three sons. She loves going on vacation and watching her sons play sports.
Bri
Bri grew up in California and relocated to Las Vegas in 2013. She started her dental career in 2011. Bri loves dentistry so much that she is continuing her education and going to school part time to become a dentist. Bri strives to be as helpful as possible, going above and beyond for our patients and their needs. If you have a question, she can answer it. When she’s not at the office or doing schoolwork, she enjoys spending time with her fiance’ and her baby girl. Bri loves music, reading and painting.
